Surprise Snow

This morning we had pretty good weather. Only about fifteen miles away however, there was a surprise in the air. It was on the ground too. You guessed it. It was snow. It didn't snow for long but the area was blanketed with between one and two inches of the stuff. It seems so weird that we had decent weather and neighboring towns had snow. Weekend

It has been a great weekend! We actually had all of our kids and grand kids home at the same time. What fun! We ate, played games, watched movies and laughed a lot. It's so much fun to watch your family enjoying their time together. Our family continues to grow and we're filling our home. Josh, Di and Emry had to head back south yesterday. Sure was hard to watch them drive away. :( Trying to plan that spring trip down to see them, already. Scott, Jen and Kaelyn went home today and so did Jake. The house is sure quiet. Wish they could all be closer to home.

New Car

I got a new car the other day. Actually it isn't even near new, but it is new to me. It is an '04 Ford with 4X4 and I just love it already. It hasn't snowed much since I got it but I feel like I have more control in it compared to my front wheel drive. Maybe it is just me, but I don't think so. I will add some pictures of it when Bill gets it cleaned up. It was very clean when we got it but now it needs a bath.
