I know someone that is presently working on a sales job search. He has found a recruiter that is assisting him with his resume and getting his name out there in the field in which he is highly interested in. It can be a process, but he knows that in the end, it will be well worth the time invested.

Car

My car needs a good cleaning. The inside especially needs wiping down. I mentioned it to Bill the other day and hopefully he can get to it soon. He washed the car last week but there is dust and dirt inside. I like my car to be clean. I might have to just clean it myself.

PS3

Years ago when my children were much younger, they took an interest in electronic games as so many kids do today. My sons are now grown up and still have their favorite video game units. Jake loves his PS3 and even has a blog that he talks about it often. He is always looking for a deal when it comes to new games and accessories for the unit. I will have to fill him in on Buy.com. He will be impressed.

Digital Cameras

Several years back my family and I were on vacation. I can remember a man wanting us to take a picture of him and his family. He handed me a small digital camera. At the time I was unfamiliar with digital cameras. I didn't know if I would ever own one. Now I know just how great they are. I wouldn't want to be without one.

Holiday

This weekend is the Fourth of July. I was surprised to hear that many stores are going to be open. Bill called Home Depot and they told him they would be open the entire weekend. I imagine people are going to be needing items like coolers and chairs. I then called Walmart and found that they would be open also. I guess I'll be able to pick up those groceries I'll be needing. It will be nice to have the weekend off and see the kids and grand babies.

Food

What kind of food do you like to prepare for family gatherings? I'm never quite sure what I should make. I'm thinking salads this year. I thought I would prepare an oreo salad. It is easy and quick, so I will have time to make other things. I think I will also make a pasta salad, with lots of veggies, cheese and nuts. I also like the old Snicker Salad standby. Most everyone eats that. I don't think I can go wrong.
