New Cell Phone

I am due for a new cell phone soon but I really don't know which one I want. My husband just got a Blackberry. They call it a smart phone but I think the person running it must be smarter than the device. I do know they can do a lot compared to the phone I currently have. I remember that first cell phone we had. It was a flip phone and we only had 30 minutes a month for $19.99. There were major roaming issues too which could raise the cost quite a lot.
