My husband and I are planning a trip this spring. We both decided that come January 1st we were going to cut back and start eating healthier. It is day five and we are doing pretty well. I saw these great portion plates. We've talked how it would help to use a smaller plate or in someway try to take smaller portions. We often take way to much food at one setting. What a great idea!!
