There is a new company,GreenRoad in the Silicon Valley. It has created a technology that will measure driving safety. The targeted areas are business drivers, insurance companies that insure teenage drivers and fleets. With this new technology they area finding it has assisted in improving safety and lowering the accident rate by as much as 54%. The company device used goes into a car with the driver and programs safety levels. It is then put on the internet where the driver can evaluate what areas are in need of improvement.
