My brother, his wife and daughter recently decided to try the Medifast diet. It has been about 8 weeks now and they are doing great! They have each lost over 35 pounds. You have to be dedicated and also be willing to spend the money. I recently saw where they could use Medifast coupons. That would help them save on some of the expense.
