Rental Home

A house in the neighborhood just sold to a couple who will fix it up and rent it out. So far the interior has been pretty much gutted. There will be new sheet rock installed along with all fixtures and flooring. It looks like a big job but the house will be in great shaped when completed. Apparently the roof had a small leak so new plywood and shingles will be added soon.
